Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a production operator to support machine setups, material handling, and routine maintenance in a climate-controlled facility. You will monitor equipment, assist with changeovers, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production teams to sustain productivity and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup and prepare machinery for operation.
• Supply raw materials and maintain steady production flow.
• Monitor machine operation and report issues to supervisor.
• Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Fill in or run the machine during shift changes as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and wear PPE.
