Job summary

ProAmpac in Neenah, WI is hiring a Rewind Assistant to help produce high-quality printed packaging. You will support the Rewind operator, prepare the machine, and finish products on the line.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic mechanical and math skills, and attention to detail with a team-focused attitude. The position offers a 4 on/4 off rotating schedule (12-hour shifts), with quarterly bonuses and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous forklift/roll clamp experience is a plus.
• Basic mechanical and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Meets quality expectations by correcting defects in a timely manner.
• Reads customer orders, makes necessary corrections and notifies operator if non-conforming material is produced.
• Operate core cutter.
• May occasionally use forklift/roll clamp to transport product.
• Machine maintenance.
• Fill in as Rewinder Operator when necessary.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Support your team with tasks like core cutting, wrapping, and maintenance.
