Job summary

Sage is seeking a RevOps Business Partner for Sage Intacct Advisory to align GTM strategy with sales, marketing, finance, and product. You will translate executive priorities into actionable operating mechanisms and partner with senior leaders to optimize revenue and forecasts.

You will own dashboards, incentives, and the tech stack, while driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure the SIA motion achieves its business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with senior GTM leaders across sales, marketing, finance and customer success.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate executive priorities into clear operating mechanisms and drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue, headcount, capacity, and quota modeling for budget and forecast cycles.
• Develop and implement in-house AI tools with the data team and evaluate external vendors.
• Uplevel CRM and reporting frameworks from a RevOps perspective and drive adoption.
