Job summary

Sage is seeking a RevOps Business Partner for Sage Intacct Advisory (SIA) to partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams in the United States. You will translate executive priorities into operating mechanisms, lead modeling for revenue and capacity, and drive RevOps initiatives with a hands-on approach to data and tools.

You will collaborate with marketing, finance, customer success and product teams to align revenue initiatives, support incentive design, and implement scalable

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on expertise in CRM platforms and GTM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari, Outreach, Salesloft).
• Proficient in BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for pipeline analytics, forecast accuracy, and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue, headcount, capacity, and quota modeling for budget and forecast cycles.
• Develop and implement in-house AI tools and select external vendors.
• Uplevel CRM/reporting framework and drive RevOps projects.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on sales performance and revenue forecasts.
• Oversee management and optimization of sales tech stack.
