Sensi.AI is seeking a Revenue Operations professional to serve as the HubSpot Champion and CRM administrator in Austin, TX. You will architect our GTM engine, maintain data integrity, and scale revenue motions through an optimized CRM and analytics stack.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CS to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and improve visibility into funnel performance and forecasting accuracy. A proactive, process‑oriented mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• HubSpot administration and integration experience.
• Ability to optimize CRM for business outcomes.
• Strong data hygiene and governance practices.
• Ability to explain technical CRM changes to non‑technical teams.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing and CS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with RevOps Manager to architect GTM engine.
• Lead HubSpot as CRM admin and data steward.
• Improve process efficiency by managing the technical ecosystem.
• Embed health tracking milestones into the sales funnel.
• Develop reports and dashboards to identify funnel trends and forecasting accuracy.
• Document standardized playbooks for Sales and Post-Sales.
• Collaborate across GTM teams to ensure data cleanliness and alignment.
• Proactively suggest CRM upgrades and new integrations.
