Obie, a leading property insurance platform, is seeking an analytics professional to join the RevOps and Analytics team in Chicago. You will build dashboards in Sigma, run analyses with SQL and Python, and partner with Growth, Product, Insurance, Finance, and Executive teams to inform strategy.

Strong ownership, data storytelling, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. Hybrid work and cross-functional collaboration are core to the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics or business analytics with strong SQL abilities.
• Knowledge and interest in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop hypotheses to understand the state of the business.
• Build and maintain dashboards/reports within Sigma.
• Align and support analytics, metrics, data, and reporting needs across departments.
• Support financial budgeting, forecasting, and tracking.
• Perform data quality checks and reconciliations to datasets as needed.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and promote data literacy.
