Job summary

Obie is seeking a data-driven analytics professional to join the Revenue Operations and Analytics team in Chicago. You will combine technical skills (SQL, Python, data visualization, AI) with business acumen and insurance domain knowledge to extract insights that move the business forward.

As a key contributor, you will own analyses, collaborate across departments, and help design and maintain dashboards in Sigma to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Strong data visualization and dashboarding skills.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop hypotheses to understand growth drivers and business state.
• Conduct analyses to answer critical business questions and inform strategy.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Sigma.
• Coordinate analytics, data, and reporting across Growth, Product, Insurance, Finance, and Exec teams.
