Job summary

Flagship Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced bartender to create welcoming, engaging bar experiences and deliver personalized service. You will craft classic cocktails, beer, wine and nonalcoholic drinks while maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar and accurate guest checks.

Collaborate with barbacks, servers, hosts and management to ensure smooth service, follow safety and sanitation standards, and stay flexible for peak hours and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and classic cocktails with a willingness to learn the program.
• Strong hospitality mindset with presentation and consistency.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly during high-volume shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming bar experience by providing attentive, knowledgeable and personalized service.
• Prepare cocktails, signature beverages, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic drinks according to recipes and standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain a clean, organized, and fully prepared bar during each shift.
• Monitor guest needs, pace service, and ensure drinks are prepared accurately and delivered promptly.
• Enter orders, process payments, and manage guest checks using the POS system; Toast is a plus.
• Work closely with barbacks, servers, hosts, and management to support smooth service.
• Assist with opening/closing, restocking and inventory-related tasks as needed.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service, sanitation, safety and cash handling procedures.
• Duties include lifting and carrying bar supplies up to 50 pounds and moving kegs with assistance.
• Maintain flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
