THE CENTENNIAL HOTEL is seeking a personable hospitality professional to deliver a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced food and beverage setting. You will combine attentive table service with skilled beverage preparation, ensuring accuracy in orders and a high standard of guest care.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, preparing drinks, delivering meals, and handling payments. You will maintain a clean dining area, restock supplies, and follow safety and alcohol

Qualifications

• Prior experience in bartending, serving or similar hospitality role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, guest-focused environment.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash and payment processing.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must meet age or licensing requirements for alcohol service.
