Job summary

Flagship Restaurant Group is seeking friendly, hospitality-driven individuals to greet guests warmly and help ensure a smooth dining experience. You will manage seating, assist with carry-out, and support servers while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Ideal candidates are team players with excellent communication skills, able to cross-train across front-of-house roles, and eager to learn menu and beverage knowledge for superior guest service.

Responsibilities

• Create a great first and last impression by warmly welcoming and thanking guests
• Seat guests, manage the waitlist and maintain flow in the dining room
• Assist with carry-out orders and answer basic menu questions
• Support servers by setting and resetting tables, refilling water, and addressing guest needs
• Deliver food to tables quickly and accurately, coordinating with kitchen and service teams
• Clear dishes and keep service areas clean and organized
• Ensure guests receive timely, attentive service throughout their visit
• Collaborate with hosts, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to keep shifts running smoothly
• Be willing to step into different support roles as needed
• Familiarity with OpenTable and Toast is a plus

About the Job

• Create a great first and last impression by warmly welcoming and thanking guests
• Seat guests manage the waitlist and help maintain an organized flow throughout the dining room
• Assist with carry out orders and answer basic questions about the menu
• Support servers by preparing and resetting tables refilling water and responding to guest needs
• Deliver food to the correct tables quickly and accurately while communicating with the kitchen and service teams
• Clear dishes and keep tables service areas and guest facing spaces clean and organized
• Help ensure guests receive timely and attentive service throughout their visit
• Work closely with hosts servers bartenders and kitchen staff to keep every shift running smoothly
• Be willing to step into different support roles as needed
• Familiarity with OpenTable and Toast is a plus
