Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Revit experience in architectural, engineering, or construction environments.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture, Drafting, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit with ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain accurate Revit models across design phases.
• Produce high-quality construction documents.
• Coordinate architectural models with engineering consultants.
• Develop details, plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and drawing sheets.
• Identify conflicts before they affect construction.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to turn ideas into buildable solutions.
