Bernardo Wills is seeking a skilled Revit modeler to create accurate BIM models and supporting construction documents for Inland Northwest projects. You will join a team of architects and landscape specialists, translating concepts into coordinated, buildable drawings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Revit experience in architectural, engineering, or construction environments.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture, Drafting, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit with ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.

You’ll work alongside architects and landscape architects on projects throughout the Inland Northwest while helping produce construction documents that contractors can confidently build from.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Revit experience in an architectural, engineering, or construction environment (or exceptional demonstrated proficiency).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Working knowledge of commercial building construction and construction documents.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and consultant documents.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft 365 is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A desire to continually improve your technical craft.
