Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit/BIM Cloud Modeling with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks or PTC Creo.
• Interest in learning mechanical, electrical, and/or structural systems design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Utilize BIM software to create accurate and detailed models and sheet sets.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop construction documents.
• Make precise revisions to drawings based on client and team feedback.
• Prepare comprehensive schedules for equipment and fixtures.
• Adapt existing designs to meet project requirements and client specifications.
• Develop and maintain Revit/CAD templates and content.
• Develop project digital strategies with design manager and leads.
• Ensure disciplines share information through a controlled BIM process.
• Ensure design deliverables comply with policies and procedures.
• Develop automated workflows to increase productivity and digitalization.
