Job summary

Kiewit is seeking REVIT designers with 3 to 10 years of experience to support engineering and construction projects in Industrial and Water markets. You will develop REVIT models for foundations and steel structures, working with engineers to enhance standards and tools across North America.

The role offers relocation assistance and flexible work options, with opportunity to grow within a multidisciplinary EPC environment. Base compensation ranges with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of structural design experience in both steel and concrete structures, using REVIT (preferred).
• 2+ years professional experience in Navisworks and Autodesk documents with proficiency in Autodesk and MS products.
• Experience with designing foundations, platforms, pipe-racks, tanks and other related structures used in industrial, water or manufacturing facilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex BIM/(ACC) projects and to interpret multi-discipline drawings and vendor documents.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other disciplines, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Performs 3D designs of concrete, structural steel, modular steel, and other industrial structures using REVIT and Navisworks for clash detection.
• Coordinate with design groups to review and exchange project information and develop Revit models for foundations and steel structures.
• Develops and manages project information while ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
• Maintain project design documentation through all phases of design and construction.
• Ensure that project details and specifications are coordinated and communicated to the construction team.
