Qualifications

• Experience with Revit detailing for plumbing systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, P&IDs and specifications.
• Strong collaboration with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models of plumbing systems using Revit.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and other team members to meet project requirements.
• Interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and other technical specifications.
• Address and resolve design issues within the Revit environment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Conduct site visits to gather data and verify conditions for accurate modeling.
• Prepare material take-offs and bills of materials.
• Communicate design concepts and updates effectively.
