The role involves interpreting technical drawings, performing site visits, and preparing materials take-offs to support efficient bidding and construction processes. A strong eye for detail and knowledge of Revit are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience creating detailed plumbing models using Revit.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, P&IDs and other technical specs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models of plumbing systems using Revit.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to meet project requirements.
• Interpret blueprints, plumbing and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and other technical specifications.
• Address and resolve design issues within the Revit environment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Conduct site visits to gather data and verify conditions for accurate modeling.
• Prepare material take-offs and bills of materials.
• Communicate design concepts and updates effectively.
