Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Revit Modeling Architect to join our design group in Birmingham, AL. You will produce high-quality Revit models and visualizations, translating design intent into precise models that support project delivery.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Architecture or related field, strong Revit proficiency, and at least two years of relevant experience. The role offers comprehensive benefits and a fast-paced, collaborative work environment within the DMC framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Revit is required; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an architectural/design environment.
• Solid understanding of architectural design principles, construction documentation, and modelling standards.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Accurately track and manage time entries to support project scheduling and costs.
• Develop detailed architectural models and renderings using Revit aligned with design intent.
• Execute project deliverables by the project lead, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Support modeling and rendering processes with precise visualization of design concepts.
• Collaborate with project teams to incorporate feedback and refine models.
