Job summary

Jobot seeks a Revit Modeling Architect to join our design group in Birmingham, AL. You will produce high-quality Revit models and visualizations, translating design intent into accurate BIM deliverables and supporting project delivery.

Collaborate with project leads and engineers to refine models, meet deadlines, and contribute to innovative design solutions within the DMC framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Revit is required; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design software is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an architectural or design-focused environment.
• Solid understanding of architectural design principles, construction documentation, and modeling standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Accurately track and manage individual time entries to support project scheduling, productivity, and cost control.
• Develop detailed architectural models and renderings using Revit, ensuring alignment with design intent and technical standards.
• Execute project deliverables as defined by the project lead, meeting established deadlines and quality expectations.

As a Revit Modeling Architect, you will play a key role in the architectural design process by producing high-quality Revit models and visualizations that bring innovative design concepts to life. Working closely with project leads and design teams, you will translate design intent into accurate, detailed models that support project delivery and client expectations. Your contributions will directly support the creation of forward-thinking architectural solutions that shape the spaces where people live and work.
