Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor of Architecture degree with 2-8 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated experience producing architectural drawings and documentation using Revit.
• Ability to coordinate architectural work with engineering disciplines, clients, vendors, contractors, and other functional groups.
• Familiarity with Dynamo for Revit to improve modeling efficiency, automation, and data management is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI agent development or applied AI tools for design, documentation, or workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit models, drawings, details, and related project documentation in support of architectural deliverables.
• Prepare and coordinate detailed phases of architectural work, including drawings, details, and specifications, using independent judgment to adapt and modify design information as needed.
• Analyze design challenges with conflicting requirements, sketch potential solutions, and support the development of practical, coordinated outcomes.
• Evaluate and report on unconventional materials, techniques, and difficult coordination requirements as they relate to project documentation and constructability.
• Coordinate architectural work with engineering disciplines, specialty groups, clients, vendors, contractors, construction teams, and other functional groups.
• Review drawings and model content for quality, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
• When delegated, provide task-specific guidance to architectural personnel or project subgroups.
