Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in architecture with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with design coordination and construction coordination is preferred.
• Knowledge of data center and semiconductor/facility environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, and coordinates architectural work.
• Coordinates with disciplines on day-to-day design execution.
• Develops conceptual designs for projects with specialized architectural requirements.
• Assists in preparing technical documents and specifications.
• Develops a reference library of standard architectural details using Revit.
• Coordinates with client representatives as directed.
• Reviews design documents, supplier drawings, and vendor submittals.
• Analyzes unconventional materials and coordination challenges.
