Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Revit Family Creation specialist to deliver detailed BIM models and documentation. The role focuses on creating and managing digital representations of buildings using BIM tools, with an emphasis on coordination and standards compliance.
You will work with engineers, architects, and other professionals to generate accurate models, organize drawing sets, and extract 2D drawings for construction documents while adapting to evolving project needs.
The Revit Family Creation role performs complex technical support and manual tasks. The role requires well-developed skills, either through formal training or on-the-job experience. This role will create and manage digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of places, buildings, and structures using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. This role operates with limited supervision and shows a high degree of independent judgment and initiative. There is a limited decision-making scope given the responsibilities assigned.
Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Location A: $30.70 - $41.90
Location B: $34.10 - $46.20
