Job summary

Modutecture, Inc. in Hayward, CA is seeking a hands-on Revit designer to own models from early design through construction-ready output.

This full-time, hybrid role requires 3–6 years of production Revit experience and the ability to read architectural, structural and MEP drawings. You will build and maintain detailed Revit models (LOD 300–400), create parametric families, run clash coordination and drive issues to closure in a cloud-hosted environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of production Revit work on built projects.
• Strong family creation (parametric, nested, shared parameters).
• Navisworks or an equivalent clash/coordination tool.
• Can read architectural, structural and MEP drawings and catch conflicts before they reach the field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed Revit models (LOD 300–400) and the sheets that come from them
• Create and manage parametric families and templates
• Run clash detection and multi-trade coordination; drive issues to closure
• Turn markups, RFIs and design changes into accurate, current models and drawings
• Keep model standards, naming and file organization clean in a cloud-hosted environment
