Job summary

Modutecture, Inc. in Hayward, CA is seeking a hands-on Revit designer to own models from early design through construction-ready output.

This full-time, hybrid role requires 3–6 years of production Revit experience and the ability to read architectural, structural and MEP drawings. You will build and maintain detailed Revit models (LOD 300–400), create parametric families, run clash coordination and drive issues to closure in a cloud-hosted environment.

Qualifications

• Navisworks or an equivalent clash/coordination tool.

Location: Hayward, CA (hybrid, 3+ days on-site) | Type: Full-time | Base pay: $90,000–$120,000 per year | Reports to: Vice President

What you'll do

• Build and maintain detailed Revit models (LOD 300–400) and the sheets that come from them

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with models that feed fabrication or prefabrication
• Exposure to Inventor or another mechanical CAD tool

What success looks like at 90 days: you own a project model end-to-end with no hand-holding, and your coordination log shows clashes closed rather than just found.
