Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant industrial drafting experience in civil/structural design.
• Ability to produce drawings for concrete and structural steel and related civil disciplines.
• Knowledge of company engineering design and CAD drafting standards.
• Working knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD or MicroStation).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with department design and drafting standards and applying them to tasks.
• Assist in drafting civil/structural plans under close supervision.
• Review project scope, specifications and design criteria for assigned tasks.
• Communicate scope and design changes promptly to the team.
• Support field-related work, collect design information and verify designs for ties and clearances.
