Qualifications

• Experience with Revit Family Editor and creating parametric families.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturer specifications.
• Strong BIM understanding and scheduling knowledge.
• Portfolio of Revit families demonstrating parametric control.
• Attention to detail and documentation quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom Revit families from 2D drawings, sketches, and manufacturer specification sheets.
• Create lightweight, performance-optimized parametric components that function across defined parameters and constraints.
• Build and maintain nested families, formulas, type catalogs, and other advanced Revit content elements.
• Integrate metadata such as dimensions, materials, OmniClass/UniFormat codes, and shared parameters for scheduling and documentation.
• Review and audit family files to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with standards.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate progress clearly throughout the project lifecycle.
