Mutual of Omaha Mortgage offers a Sales Training Program for Reverse Mortgage Loan Officers. The journey starts with a one-month virtual classroom building fundamentals in reverse mortgage products, sales basics, compliance, systems, and client conversations.

After that, a 12-month development program with weekly skill-building, one-on-one coaching from seasoned sales leaders, and real-world customer interactions.

Qualifications

• We especially encourage experienced traditional mortgage loan originators to apply.
• If you understand the lending business and want to serve a growing, underserved market — retirees looking to strategically strengthen their retirement income — we want to talk!
• We’ll help you obtain and pay for your NMLS license if you don’t have it yet.

Responsibilities

• Build foundational knowledge in reverse mortgage products, sales fundamentals, compliance, systems and conversations.
• Participate in weekly skill-building sessions and receive one-on-one coaching from experienced leaders.
• Apply learnings through real-world customer interactions and develop as a confident, high-performing mortgage professional.
