Mutual of Omaha Mortgage offers a Sales Training Program – Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer. The first month is a virtual classroom building a foundation in reverse mortgage products, sales fundamentals, compliance, systems, and customer conversations.

Afterward, a 12-month development program accelerates success with weekly coaching and real-world customer interactions. The goal is to create confident, knowledgeable mortgage professionals with career-long potential.

Qualifications
