Job summary

ISN Corporation is seeking a highly organized Mortgage Systems Alternate Project Manager to support the federal Reverse Mortgage program for a government client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and ensure program objectives are achieved with regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes leading complex projects within a federal context, delivering technology-enabled services, and collaborating with senior leadership to advance mission-critical housing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with 3+ years in IT, information management, or business management.
• PMI PMP certification in good standing.
• Knowledge of FHA HECM regulations and government program requirements.
• Experience delivering business services to federal clients, including SaaS or information services.
• Ability to lead multifunctional teams and manage complex schedules on large projects.
• Proven track record delivering on-time, on-budget contract performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in oversight and execution of a federal Reverse Mortgage program.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and performance metrics to meet contract requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across technical, operational, and professional staff.
• Oversee medium to large-scale government projects and related subprojects.
• Assign tasks and priorities, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Provide guidance to staff to maintain efficient workflows and high-quality deliverables.
• Support program reporting, performance monitoring, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with FHA HECM regulations and federal requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to align with program goals.
• Assist in delivering SaaS/IaaS-enabled services for federal clients.
