ISN Corporation is seeking a Mortgage Systems Alternate Program Manager to lead the Reverse Mortgage program for a federal client. The role focuses on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of contract requirements.

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with at least 3 years in IT, information management or business management.
• PMI PMP certification in good standing.
• Knowledge of FHA HECM regulations.
• Experience delivering SaaS or Information-as-a-Service to the federal government.
• Ability to lead multifunctional teams and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in overseeing a federal Reverse Mortgage program.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and performance metrics to meet contract requirements on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and lead multifunctional teams including technical, operational, and professional staff.
• Oversee execution of large government projects and related subprojects for reverse mortgage services.
• Assign tasks and priorities to team members to achieve milestones and objectives.
• Provide guidance to staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality deliverables.
• Support program reporting, performance monitoring, and risk management activities.
• Ensure compliance with FHA HECM regulations and federal requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to align with program goals.
• Assist in delivering technology-enabled services including SaaS/IaaS for federal clients.

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Mortgage Systems Alternate Project Manager to support the successful delivery of a Reverse Mortgage program for a federal government client. This role serves as a key member of the program leadership team, working closely with the Program Manager to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of contract requirements.

The Alternate Project Manager will help coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project activities, and ensure program objectives are achieved in support of critical housing initiatives administered through the FHA HECM program. This position is ideal for an experienced project management professional who thrives in complex, mission-focused environments and is passionate about delivering high-impact solutions for federal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Program Manager in the oversight and execution of a federal Reverse Mortgage program.
• Assist in managing project schedules, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure contract requirements are met on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and lead multifunctional teams including technical, operational, and professional staff.
• Oversee the execution of medium to large-scale government projects and subprojects related to Reverse Mortgage program services.
• Assign tasks and priorities to team members while ensuring project objectives and milestones are achieved.
• Provide guidance and direction to staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality deliverables.
• Support program reporting, performance monitoring, and risk management activities.
• Ensure compliance with FHA Home Equity Conversion Mortgage regulations and federal program requirements.
• Collaborate with internal leadership to maintain alignment with program goals.
• Assist in delivering technology-enabled business services, including Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or Information-as-a-Service (IaaS) solutions for federal clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years of professional experience in:
  • Information Technology
  • Information Management
  • Business Management
  • Or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing with the Project Management Institute (PMI).
• Demonstrated knowledge of FHA Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) regulations.
• Experience supporting the delivery of business services to the federal government, including SaaS or Information-as-a-Service environments.
• Proven ability to lead multifunctional teams and coordinate complex project activities.
• Experience supporting large-scale government projects and ensuring contract requirements are met on schedule and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills including guiding staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring completion of projects and subprojects.
