Job summary

ISN Corporation seeks a Mortgage Systems Program Manager to lead the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) program for the federal government. The role requires strategic leadership, strong program delivery, and regulatory compliance in a complex, mission-driven environment.

You will oversee planning, cross-functional collaboration, and performance to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes while delivering technology-enabled services to federal clients.

Qualifications

• PM certification (PMP or PgMP) in good standing with PMI.
• Experience leading multifunctional teams on complex programs/contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall program management and execution of a federal HECM contract, aligning with contract requirements and standards.
• Manage large-scale government projects across technical, operational, and business teams.
• Provide strategic leadership to multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee planning, resource allocation, risk management and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with FHA HECM regulations and federal requirements.
• Monitor performance and ensure deliverables meet schedule and budget.
• Assign tasks and priorities to team members.
• Support delivery of technology-enabled services (SaaS/IaaS) to federal clients.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
