Qualifications

• Reverse Mortgage Servicing experience required or highly desirable within last three years.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale government contracts and programs.
• Demonstrated budget development and staffing leadership for complex programs.
• Strong program coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to quality, risk management, and compliance across contracts.
