Zusammenfassung

Longbridge Financial is actively seeking a Mortgage Loan Opener to join our growing team in New Jersey. Under supervision, you will review new applications, enter data, and coordinate services such as appraisals and title work while ensuring data integrity in our loan origination system.

You will work closely with loan officers and processing staff to move files forward.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years mortgage experience including FHA.

• Order services (FHA Connection, appraisal, title, credit, flood, etc.) and verify data integrity in loan origination software.
• Prepare files and submit to processing staff; assist loan officers and other operations staff.

Job Description

The Loan Opener responsibilities include under general supervision, new application review, data entry, ordering services (FHA Connection, appraisal, title, credit, flood, etc.), fax or email Verification of Employment or Verification of Deposit requests, verification of data integrity in our loan origination software. File preparation and submission to processing staff.Work loan officers and other operation staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ year mortgage experience including FHA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task
