Job summary

FBS Appliance is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join our Lockhart, TX warehouse. You will maintain records of returns and verify incoming documents, generating daily reports as part of a collaborative team.

You will ensure accurate, safe, and orderly inventory handling and support warehouse operations. Ideal candidates bring strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, attention to detail, and a background in warehouse or reverse logistics.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 pounds or more.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Previous warehouse or reverse logistics experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record and maintain inventory information regarding damaged product.
• Conduct daily cycle counts.
• Report discrepancies or shortages to management and/or representatives.
• Participate in warehouse organization and cleaning activities.
• Assist in the resolution of inventory-related issues.
• Audit receipt paperwork against system receipt to ensure accuracy of item, quantity and serial.
• Scan staged product for next day's outbound shipment(s).
• Assist with unloading of trucks when needed.
