Gongio is looking for an Enterprise Revenue Architect to act as a strategic partner for our largest customers, focusing on driving revenue transformation. Your role will involve architecting workflows and guiding operational teams through Gong’s AI Operating System.

With a deep understanding of revenue operations, you’ll engage with senior stakeholders to quantify measurable business outcomes. The position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for driving customer results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years proven experience in managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Track record owning relationships with senior (VP and C-suite) stakeholders.
• Passion for driving customer centricity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior GTM leaders to design and execute revenue operations strategies.
• Map current-state customer processes to AI-driven workflows.
• Execute adoption initiatives that embed Gong into daily team rhythms.
