CoLab Software Inc. is seeking a Manager, Revenue Operations Systems to be the technical backbone of our RevOps team. You’ll own the architecture, build, and integration of tools and data models used by Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and you’ll design governance with the SVP of Operations.

This hands-on role requires building the data governance layer, driving integration strategy, and delivering trusted, scalable reporting to leadership and the board.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue or sales operations in B2B SaaS.
• Ownership of a revenue tech stack and governance.
• Experience with Salesforce data modeling and integrations.

Responsabilités

• Own revenue tech stack implementation, integrations, and design.
• Oversee data governance and Salesforce data model.
• Build and maintain reporting for pipeline, forecast, GRR/NRR.
• Lead automation workflows to reduce manual work.
• Manage cross-functional adoption and enablement.
• Oversee migrations, security, and cutover plans.
