Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2 years of related work experience including 1 year of supervision.
• Ability to analyze complex accounts and financial information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, conduct evaluations, provide training, mentoring, and guidance; distribute workloads and monitor quality and timeliness.
• Oversee resident communication by telephone and email regarding taxes, payments, deadlines, parking tickets, and general County information; resolve escalated matters.
• Maintain accuracy and management of tax billings, including lease company billing; oversee delinquent tax collection and timely posting of revenues.
• Oversee automated revenue processing (payments by mail, lockbox, ebox, echeck, ecredit) and coordinate remittance balancing.
• Oversee dog licensing and parking violation processing.
• Prepare fiscal year, year-end, and operational reports and process improvement recommendations.
