The State of Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration seeks a Revenue Supervisor/Expert in Bryant to lead a revenue unit, supervise staff, and ensure accurate tax processing, collections, and compliance. This leadership position requires deep knowledge of tax and child support regulations and the ability to translate policy into operations.

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field with 3 years of related experience, including 2 in supervision.
Or a high school diploma with 4 years of experience in customer service, bookkeeping, tax processing, or administrative support including 2 years in supervision.
Satisfaction of minimum qualifications and promotion discretionary.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of a designated revenue unit.
Lead Revenue Specialists, Coordinators, and staff; assign duties, monitor performance, and conduct evaluations.
Ensure compliance with Arkansas tax or child support laws and internal policies.
Serve as subject matter expert on policy changes and regulatory interpretations.
Prepare and review financial reports, audits, reconciliations, and operational summaries.
