Qualifications

• Ideally 2+ years of experience in software development, AI engineering, business analysis, consulting, analytics, finance, or related field.
• Founder and software development experience are a big plus.
• Experience with market research and data analysis/visualization.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Interest in media and mission-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and build business cases for new revenue opportunities.
• Develop financial models and proofs-of-concept for revenue initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and track revenue programs.
• Analyze audience data and market trends to inform monetization strategies.
• Create dashboards, reports, and executive presentations on key metrics.
• Support project planning and financial analysis.
• Document processes and help standardize revenue operations workflows.
• Assist with vendor evaluation and partnership analysis.
