Job summary

FreeWheel, a Comcast Company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Planning and Insights to lead a team driving revenue plans, performance insights, and strategic investment decisions. You will partner with Sales, Finance, BI, and senior leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans while leveraging AI, automation, and scalable tools.

The role reports to the Executive Director, Revenue Operations, Planning, and Deal Desk, and manages a team of three.

Qualifications

Applied analytics to revenue planning and growth metrics.
Ability to translate complex business questions into actionable recommendations.
Experience leading a small team and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead revenue planning processes (top-down and bottom-up modeling) to inform budgets and growth.
Design and evolve incentive and quota frameworks aligning seller behavior with growth.
Translate revenue objectives into actionable team and account-level goals.
Develop scalable, automated approaches to measure sales performance and insights.
