FreeWheel, a Comcast company, seeks a Senior Manager to lead Revenue Planning and Insights within Sales Operations and Strategy in New York. You will guide top-down and bottom-up modeling, set incentives, and translate objectives into actionable goals while driving AI-enabled automation and scalable analytics.

You will manage a small team reporting to the Executive Director, Revenue Operations, Planning, and Deal Desk, partnering with Sales, Finance, BI, and leadership.

Formación

• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to translate complex business questions into actionable recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead revenue planning processes, including top-down and bottom-up modeling.
• Design and evolve sales incentive and quota frameworks.
• Convert objectives into goals for teams and accounts.
• Develop scalable insights on revenue performance for reviews.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and trends across customers and channels.
