Job summary

Cinch Home Services seeks a Senior Program Manager – Revenue Strategy & Execution to orchestrate the company’s top revenue initiatives. You will partner with the CCO and Revenue leadership to align cross-functional teams and translate strategies into coordinated action.

The role requires strong program management, executive communication, and business acumen to provide structure and momentum across Marketing, Product, Tech, Data & Analytics, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed org.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain an integrated view of the Revenue organization’s portfolio, priorities, and programs.
• Translate priorities into clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and execution plans.
• Coordinate across Marketing, Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, Operations, Finance, and Legal to align priorities.
• Identify competing priorities and facilitate prioritization and tradeoff decisions.
• Establish portfolio governance and executive reporting with visibility into risks and impact.
• Lead planning and execution of high-priority revenue programs and strategic initiatives.
• Support Account Managers in coordinating internal resources for key accounts.
• Drive accountability and escalate barriers before they affect outcomes.
• Facilitate cross-functional and executive forums to drive decisions and ownership.
• Utilize data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to monitor performance.
