Florida Department of Revenue is seeking a Revenue Specialist II in the General Tax Administration Program's Receivables Management, Field Operations - Collection Process, located in the Leesburg Service Center. The incumbent will contact taxpayers to resolve tax liabilities, make corrections, and collect taxes, penalties, interest, and fees due to the State.

Qualificações

• One year of experience with accounts receivable, banking, collections, or financial services.
• Or one year of full-time direct sales experience that includes cold calling.
• Willingness to travel locally to taxpayers' business locations; some overnight travel may be required for training.

• Make corrections and recommend compromises; prepare information for enforcement actions.
