Job summary

The Florida Department of Revenue's General Tax Administration program seeks an Operations Analyst II in the Account Management Process, Rate Unit. Qualifications

• Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
• Experience communicating with taxpayers to explain and interpret tax related issues.
• Experience as a Revenue Specialist III or higher within the Account Management Process, Rate Unit.
• Experience researching, interpreting, and applying Florida tax laws.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze tax information filed for registration purposes to determine correct distribution of funds.
• Communicate with taxpayers and their representatives, service centers and other agency personnel on account matters.
• Resolve account maintenance issues and ensure accurate tax processing.
