We’re hiring a Revenue / Sales Analyst for a remote opportunity supporting a high-performing team based in Arlington, Virginia. This is a contract position with regular daytime hours, running up to 6 months, and offers a pay range of $48–$54/hour (paid weekly and benefits eligible).
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in designing and optimizing sales territories, ensuring data accuracy, and providing strategic insights that drive sales productivity. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain advanced forecasting models, and support sales planning activities across a large, fast-paced SaaS environment.

Revenue / Sales Analyst Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain territory models aligned with growth strategies and sales capacity plans.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure equitable, data-driven, and performance-optimized territory assignments.
Analyze territory performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales productivity.
Manage territory-related data in CRM and RevOps tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Build and maintain advanced Excel models for forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario analysis.
Support sales planning activities, including quota setting, headcount planning, and territory realignments.
Collaborate with go-to-market teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transitions during territory changes.
Develop and manage dashboards and reports to monitor key territory and sales performance metrics.
Revenue / Sales Analyst Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics.
Experience within a SaaS or technology environment.
Demonstrated experience managing territory planning and optimization for large sales teams (100+ sellers).
Expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas; VBA/macros a plus).
Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and RevOps tools (such as Clari, LeanData, Anaplan, or similar).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach.
