Job summary

Everything But The House (EBTH) in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Payment Risk & AR Analyst to safeguard revenue across high-volume B2C credit card workflows. You will blend fraud detection, AR risk analysis, BI reporting, and basic security practices to minimize losses while ensuring smooth transaction processing.

Inside the Finance team, you will monitor fraud indicators, manage disputes, run reconciliations, and build dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in high-volume B2C e-commerce or AR risk analysis.
• Proficient in BI reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Excel for financial visuals.
• Solid understanding of card payments, gateways, and chargeback processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time payment flows to detect fraud and card testing.
• Oversee dispute and chargeback management with evidence for representments.
• Perform AR reconciliation, investigate declines, and track DSO.
• Design and maintain BI dashboards reporting fraud loss, approvals, and trends.
