The Intersect Group seeks a Revenue Review Accountant in Irving, TX to support revenue accounting, analysis, and reporting for a growing portfolio of operating companies. You will work with Corporate Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition.

Responsibilities include detailed reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, supporting month-end close, and driving process improvements and automation in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in revenue accounting, financial reporting, or account reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 and revenue recognition principles.
• Strong Excel skills with PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and large datasets.

Responsabilités

• Review and analyze revenue transactions across multiple operating companies for accuracy and proper recognition.
• Perform detailed reconciliations between systems, billing records, subledgers, and general ledger accounts.
• Investigate revenue discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including revenue-related journal entries.
• Analyze revenue streams across equipment sales, service operations, rentals, and other lines.
• Assist with integration of acquired businesses and establish reporting consistency and controls.
