• Audit contracts and billing cycles using municipal documents.
• Maintain master files with notes on accounts, towns, and routes.
• Perform field audits and prepare detailed audit reports.
• Use Excel to calculate averages and present data to management.
• Report findings and support revenue recovery initiatives.
