Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Revenue Recognition and Issue Resolution Manager to lead the Customer Service team, ensuring compliant revenue recognition and rapid dispute resolution to accelerate the order-to-cash cycle. The role can be located in Raynham, MA or Raritan, NJ, with remote options considered case-by-case by the company.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years in reporting, analytics, customer service or data-driven roles.
Experience building executive dashboards and KPIs.
Ability to translate data into insights for senior stakeholders.
Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

Drive first issue resolution and reduce escalations.
Design and implement KPI frameworks to measure performance.
Monitor dashboards and identify root causes for multi-touch tickets.
Lead and mentor a team of customer service and issue resolution specialists.
Track order-to-invoice and DSO metrics; report pipeline health.
