Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, customer service, or data-driven roles.
• Experience developing executive-level dashboards and analytical insights.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive first issue resolution and reduce repeat escalations in customer service.
• Establish performance frameworks and KPIs for order-to-cash processes.
• Monitor daily dashboards and identify root causes of multi-touch tickets.
• Lead and mentor a team of customer service and issue resolution specialists.
• Track KPIs for order-to-invoice cycle time and Days Sales Outstanding.
• Provide regular data updates to management on pipeline health and timelines.
