The position manages and coordinates the collections enforcement team for the Division of Revenue and is responsible for assigning work, assisting with judgements and garnishments, answering ACD lines, and providing guidance to staff on the topic of state law, policies, and procedures. This position supervises a team of 6-10 Fiscal Associates, addresses taxpayer concerns, and corrects account discrepancies. Knowledge of and experience with collections, judgements, garnishments, and state law are valuable skills for this role.
